Jungle Media Group was founded in March 2000 by Jon Housman, a former McKinsey consultant who holds an MBA with Distinction from the Stern school at NYU; Jon McBride, a graduate of Wharton who previously worked as an associate at Goldman Sachs; and Sean McDuffy, also a Wharton grad and an alum of both McKinsey and Goldman Sachs. Our mission is to inform, entertain, and provide our audience with the tools they need to master the art of success. The premiere issue of Jungle magazine and its companion Web site, http://www.mbajungle.com, launched simultaneously in September 2000. JD Jungle magazine and jdjungle.com launched in April 2001.
